Extension is a virtual switchboard service with great robustness, scalability, modularity and high availability. It has a graphical interface adapted to different profiles (administrator, operator, company, user) that allows managing all the services and features offered by this advanced platform.

With Extension you will not only be able to have the same features of the old physical telephone exchanges as always, but you will also have all the functionalities that a virtualized system allows.

With our virtual switchboard platform we can save the investment in acquiring a physical switchboard in addition to its costly maintenance and the hardware problems it generates. With extension it is only necessary to acquire the virtual switchboard.

It allows the end user to have the extensions they need and where they need them and to manage them easily and with complete freedom through their administration panel in their web access.

 

Virtual switchboard extension:

Call recording: All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, for management and improvement of customer service.

Management of queues and groups of calls: With extension the user can configure how incoming calls will be handled. Different queues and groups of calls can be configured according to the needs of the client.

Configuring incoming calls: Incoming calls can be managed to decide how they will be handled. They can be directed to an extension, to all extensions or to the possibility of jumps.

It allows to associate the fixed numbers that are desired both nationally and internationally.

Unlimited extensions: We can associate to the central unit all the extensions that are desired and in any place that the telephone is located, provided that it has access to the internet.

Call diversions.

Call queue management with recordings and locutions.

Extension can be installed hosted on the client or in the "cloud".
