The SFP transceiver is a high performance module that supports a double data rate of 1.25 Gbps for Giga Ethernet. It has a transmission distance of 80 km at λ of 1550 nm and SM. For LC duplex connector. It is compatible with SFP MSA and SFF-8472, SONET OC-24-LR-1 and RoHS.

 

The transceiver consists of three sections or parts: An FP laser transmitter, an integrated PIN photodiode with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA) and an MCU control unit. All modules meet the class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472
